Refund Policy

At Signature Nail Club we take pride in the quality of our products and salon essentials. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
- Opened or used Gel products
- Opened polishes, gels, liquids, adhesives
-Nail Files, Buffers, Wipes, Tools or Consumables
-Any item with broken seals or damaged packaging.
This applies even if the product has only been opened briefly.
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery providing that:
Items are in original, unused condition
Packaging and Seals are intact
The item is resalable.

How to return an item
Email: signaturenailclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for return confirmation and instructions
Return the items within 14 days of approval. Customers are responsible for return postage costs, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit,
Refund will be issued once the items has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7-14 days. 
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
Please contact us if you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect within 48hours of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If verified and approved we can offer a replacement, exchange or refund if this meets our criteria, 

Sale or discounted items are non refundable. 
Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
