Shipping Policy - the basics
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 3 working days of purchase (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- During busy periods, launches, promotions processing times may be longer. Any delays will be communicated to you where possible.
- Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
UK Shipping
- Standard Shipping 3-5 Days
- Tracked Shipping 1-3 Days
Delivery times are estimated not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and shipping method selected
Any promotional shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email usually within 24 hours.
Tracking details will be provided where possible. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays and Courier issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Once an order has been dispatched the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.
If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible.
Lost or missing parcels
If your order has not arrived within the stated amount of time from dispatch please contact us.
Claims for lost parcels must be reported immediately.
We will aim to investigate with the courier if we are informed in a timely manner.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Returned parcels due to incorrect address provided by the customer will incur additional shipping costs for re-dispatch.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged please inform us immediately, provide clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will assess each case individually and arrange the appropriate next steps, Signature Nail Club reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of each case.
